St. Louis\u2013based Mia Rose Holdings, L.L.C. has broken ground on a new mixed-use retail and residential development that it promises will bring an elevated living experience to Waxahachie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Opening by late summer 2026 at 152 East North Grove Blvd. in Waxahachie, the Emory at North Grove will combine mid-rise apartments and lifestyle amenities with space dedicated for both office and retail.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Emory’s Space Breakdown<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The development will feature 98 modern apartment homes within a mid-rise building with elevator access, totaling approximately 153,936 square feet. Residents can choose from a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A structured parking garage provides added convenience, while mixed-use space at the front of the property will bring retail and service options directly to residents\u2019 doorsteps. Once complete, the development will add approximately 11,000 square feet of retail space and 5,000 square feet of office space to the city’s amenities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for rent, apartments will cost from $1700-$2700 per month. Retail space will cost from $23-$30 per square foot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
