Two popular chains that accompany a small town’s transformation into a full-fledged suburban hotspot are coming to Waxahachie.
The City of Waxahachie announced on social media Thursday, August 28, 2025 that construction of Einstein’s Bros Bagels and Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls is nearing completion next to Dutch Bros Coffee at 1995 North Highway 77 in Waxahachie.
Einstein Bros Bagels
Closing just after lunch each day, Einstein Bros Bagels is a known for its fresh-from-the-oven bagels, egg sandwiches, gourmet farmhouse and Texas brisket sandwiches and hot and iced espresso drinks.
The chain also offers iced fruit drinks, cereal treats, sugar cookies and a variety of morning-afternoon specialties.
The new Waxahachie location will add to the chain’s nearest full-menu North Texas spots in Mansfield and Grand Prairie.
Cinnaholic Gourmet Cinnamon Rolls
Berkley-based Cinnaholic is a baker of indulgent cinnamon rolls and other sweet treats that are dairy and lactose-free, egg-free, and cholesterol-free.
Cinnaholic’s offersings include made-from-scratch brownies, cookies, cookie cakes, and ready-to-eat cookie dough, all of which can be topped with one of 20 unique frostings.
Outside of Waxahachie, the closest Cinnaholic locations are in Mansfield, Grand Prairie and Arlington.
